For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
2.How long is the lead time?
Regular production time is 25-30days. But it will depend on the order quantity and detailed items. We also accept rush orders, contact our team, and we will check the exact time according to your requirements.
3.How does your factory do regarding quality control?
100% of the lights will be aged during the production. All the products will be 100% checked before the shipment.
4.How about your warranty of the LED Lamps?
All of our standard products come with a 1-5years warranty. Specially customized products may have different warranties, depending on the requirements and working environment.
