1. Expand the crystal by opening the densely arranged chips to facilitate solidification.
2. Solid crystal, place conductive/non-conductive adhesive on the bottom of the bracket (whether it is conductive or not depends on whether the chip is a top bottom PN junction or a left-right PN junction), and then place the chip into the bracket.
3. Short baking to prevent the chip from moving when the adhesive solidifies and the wire is soldered.
4. Solder wire, use gold wire to connect the chip and the bracket.
5. Pre test, preliminary test to see if it can light up.
6. Apply glue to wrap the chip and bracket together.
7. Bake for a long time to solidify the glue.
8. Post test, test whether it can light up and whether the electrical parameters meet the standards.
9. Spectral separation, separating products with colors and voltages that are roughly consistent.
10. Packaging.
